I take an evidence-based, strengths-focused approach to coaching, drawing on psychometric assessments and reflective dialogue to accelerate insight and growth.

Assessments I use:

  • Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI) or Hogan 360 — understand your reputation, risk factors, and motivators

  • EQ-i 2.0 or EQ360 — measure and develop emotional intelligence

  • Change Style Indicator (CSI 2) — understand how you approach change, and how to lead more effectively across different change style preferences

  • VIA Character Strengths — identify and leverage your core strengths

Coaching conversations are confidential, supportive, and challenging—designed to help you think differently, act intentionally, and grow sustainably.

What's Included

Typical engagement (3–6 months):

  • Initial Discovery Conversation to clarify your leadership goals, challenges, and organizational context.

  • Psychometric Assessment(s) and personalized debriefs using Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), EQ-i 2.0, VIA Character Strengths, or the Change Style Indicator (CSI 2).

  • Regular Coaching Sessions (30–60 minutes, bi-weekly or monthly) designed to facilitate reflective dialogue and growth.

  • Between-Session Reflection and accountability to ensure the integration of new leadership behaviors.

  • Optional Stakeholder Integration, including 360-degree feedback and stakeholder check-ins to measure progress.

Engagements are tailored to your needs—shorter focused engagements and longer developmental partnerships are both available.
